Non-alcoholic wines should always be drank cooled.
This applies to young alcoholic wines as well.
Disharmony in the taste of wine components appear at too high drinking temperatures -
the bouquet “falls apart” and flavours are shifted to one side.
Wine temperature will increase by approx. 2 °C as it is poured into a glass.
Therefore we recommend to serve rather cool than warm.
Please note that after a long period of transportation wine should be let to
lie for a few days before enjoying.
